I've been buying Dura Trel Products for 10 plus years. So when I wanted another arbor I knew exactly what manufacturer to go to. Got this Windsor Arbor. I sadly immediately noticed the quality went down hill from years past. Used to come with all white solid posts and all pieces. With high quality heavy steal anchors. This newer edition posts are gray plastic/vinyl with white coating. The once quality anchors have now been replaced by light weight plastic/vinyl. I was very sad this company chose to make their items cheaper just like everyone else. I will now have to rethink if I will continue to buy from them. This company isn't the same anymore. Took around 6 hours total to assemble and install.

I had an issue with some of the parts not aligning and the customer service was fantastic. After assembly, this arbor is gorgeous! Much better quality that a previous arbor purchase at the same price.

Superstorm Sandy had trashed my existing wood arbor but the trumpet vines that were growing through it had remained in tact. They have been growing for about ten years and were in good shape so I had a challenge of finding a replacement arbor that I could basically build around them without having to cut them back to the ground. After alot of research online, I found this arbor which seemed to fit the bill and it turned out to be a great choice. Although it took me a couple of days since I was not building it as per the spec, it went up around the existing vines which remained 100% in tact, it is sturdy and looks great.

I assembled this myself, and very quickly. It looks very nice. It has blown over in the wind a couple times already(before I secured to the ground). Even with the Dura-Trel Winford 4-ft. Vinyl Arbor Gate put on it still blew over. The steel anchors are kind of tricky because if you wait till it's assembled to use those, then you cannot really get them up into the legs anymore because the lattice work is in the way....I ended up just buying a couple pieces of Rebar to stick up into each post from the ground, so at least it shouldn't blow over anymore. And at least when it did blow over, there was never any damage to it!

It's perfect! The simplicity,size and quality are all what we were hoping for. It also came with the stakes to make it very secure. It finished off our area beautifully.
