Do not waste your money

Do not waste your money, time or energy. I've tried going thru all the options on amazon and can't find any resolution for getting this fixed. There's no real way to ask for a new part without returning the entire system. I bought this for a church nursery and the cabinets didn't come even close to fitting together, The track is too short for the steps to pull out and go back in, and it doesn't work in any way like the picture shows. I've hired a carpenter to make things fit as well as possible but we will have to buy a new track system for the steps since theirs is too small to work. This was over $700! Not worth $50. Amazon, you disappoint me!
