Ok so I got these to make someone an amazing craft only to have an instant sad face when I saw how dull they are. Where are the bright colors people?!? Do I have to buy a rainbow to find them

Hardly neon. The colors are much brighter in the photo than in person. The blue, yellow and purple are definitely pastel. The orange, pink and green are bright, but not neon.
