Definitely it has to be used outside, if ventilated, a mask would be necessary. It takes some time to see the effect, but at least on paper you can see the shiny effect

This was well suited for the variety of projects I used it on, namely sign boards posted outside. Seems to be water resistant as the marker on the signs does not smudge with the rain. It applies smoothly and the directions are very straightforward.
