This is a nice quality pan. It has decent heft and the reversible rack is a nice bonus. I have not put it in the dishwasher but it has been very easy to clean.

It's the sturdiness of the pan and the raised rack that makes this Roasting Pan so excellent. So my son's birthday 🎂 dinner was this past Saturday 11/18/2023 and he loves pumpkin and all fall autumn cookies , cakes and pie. So I'd found a good recipe for a pumpkin roll cake. WAIT, WHAT!!?? All 3 pieces!!! That's INSANE!! Mine came flawless and not dinged, I feel bad for the others. It's a super sturdy vessel, which is of great quality it seems, so far we used it 3x! I recommend, I LOVE THESE PANS & RACK!!!
