Thank Goodness for the "peanut"!

Following a total knee replacement, and upon the recommendation of a PT, I ordered this "peanut". It has been an absolute God send. It allows me to do a variety of stretches and various prescribed therapies and it is not only very stable but much less riskier than the standard ball. I cannot recommend this more highly, not only for surgical purposes but for any exercise and stability needs.
