These work pretty well. These are smaller than commercial kitchen dough trays. They fit well in my refrigerator (french door), and last time I let them sit in the microwave while I waited for the dough to come to room temperature. These are good trays for someone who makes dough at home.

If you like making pizza dough, and you have a regular large fridge, get these. Great for proofing 8-12 balls of dough. No more bakkng sheet for me
