This quilting loom arrived in good shape. It was very easy to assemble. I have been using it for a Queen size quilt and it works well. It is a little wobbly but it's really not an issue. One of the cross pieces did break (they are 2x2) but it may be that I was leaning on it too much. We glued it back together and I'm back up and running.

I wished I would of purchased this years ago. The set up was easy for me. I figured out laying the quilt sandwich on my king size help out when I started rolling it. I also purchased the extension as most of my quilts are queen and king. The ability to adjust the angle is wonderful especially if the line you are quilting is straight or curved.
I read in some reviews that the quilting area was not as tight as desired. To circumvent this I cut a 2x1 board into lengths of 20'. I place these pieces under the quilt to keep the longer pieces apart and to stop the bowing. it helps stabilize the quilting area and also tightens the surface.

I didn't like that it arrived two weeks after the original delivery date. As a first time user of the loom, it didn't come with any instructions. By looking at the picture on the Amazon website, I got the (how)to use it part. I guess I can search for a website and get more information than I received. The outside of the box had instructions on how to put it together. I also received bolts that were two short for the pole that holds the material and I had to borrow some from a neighbor so I wouldn't have to wait for replacements. HEADS UP! A little more information IN THE BOX, for the first time user. Someone at the factory should be double checking that the bolts fit all the holes!

The insructions were a bit confusing but I followed them as written. The screws for the legs seem too long and I had problems getting them in all the way with a Ryobi screwdriver. I plan on getting a more powerful screwdriver to tighten the legs a bit more.
