Used to get these at local speacialty store that closed. So happy to find them at a great price. I make up a large batch at once, then refrigerate and microwave them (with a moist paper towel) and they are like freshly cooked ones without the mess and time for a few days later.

These are the best pancakes ever. They are not only tasty but they are also nice and light. If you want to turn them into crapes you can do that too. They are hard to find in the stores so I have been ordering from Amazon - the 6 pack seems to be the best value and I usually give a couple of boxes away to friends.
