After going gluten free, I could not find a pancake/waffle mix that I actually liked and the idea of mixing my own flour terrifies me. My young (ie: picky) son is not gluten free so it needed to be something the whole family could eat and enjoy. I'm so glad I tried this! I used the basic waffle recipe on the box and my NordicWare 15040 Cast Aluminum Stovetop Belgium Waffle Iron I'd used it prior to being gluten free so I was familiar with how "normal" waffles cook in it (I thoroughly cleaned it of course.) It took slightly longer to cook with this mix but they were fluffy and delicious. I like that they are easily flavored too, add in some extra vanilla, a little cinnamon and bam - awesome waffles in about 10 minutes. The whole family loved them.

This is by far not only the best gluten free pancake mix, it's my favorite pancake mix ever. My mom has Celiac disease so is always trying new products to find and favorite and we have stopped looking after this mix. I don't need to eat gluten free but I still use this product because of how good the pancakes are. They don't turn out as dense as other pancake mixes do and the taste is wonderful, they don't have a strong flavor which is almost what you want out of a pancake mix. 100% would recommend for anyone!

I was diagnose with celiac disease about 10 years ago; so I was looking for pancake mix that actually taste like pancake and are gluten free. I have tried mostly all gluten free mix, but they never taste the same. I tried this brand and I fell in love with it. My grandson loves pancakes and he can't taste the difference. Also it is reasonably priced. Thank you so much for offering gluten free items.

First of all, my wife is gluten intolerant, I'm not. We try to find gluten-free products we both like so we don't have to prepare two different items for each meal. This Krusteaz product is a winner!! We both enjoy the flavor and texture of the pancakes and waffles we make from this mix. I even like it better than Krusteaz regular mix. I purchased it through Amazon for price and convenience. The boxes are expensive and small, and not always available locally. For us, one box only lasts for two mornings. By buying a case we are able to save money and will have this "in stock" in our pantry for whenever the mood strikes us for a tasty morning meal.
