These are a good substitute for always going to peppermint beadlets or my quite strong mints that's are for dry mouth. At first I thought they were too weak to do anything (I have chronic stomach issues) but I had just started them on a really bad day. If you have normal stomach issues or a little stomach upset, or have children that can't handle really strong peppermint, these will be great. 😊
