I tried dr Browns (worst out of the 4 I tried, hardest to clean and leak no matter what I did), avent natural (leaked) and another type of avent which were ok. I got these after someone recommended them from me. They never leak from the bottle. The way my son sucks he still dribbles alittle out of his mouth but nothing like with the others. These are by far the best I've tried!
The best bottle for nursing babies! No nipple confusion.

The BEST bottle out there! I needed to find a bottle that my baby would take while I went back to work and not get nipple confusion. We've tried a few before this one but he would not take any of them.. not even from his dad while I was away. I saw the comotomo on an ad on facebook and all the comments on it were from nursing moms saying how it was the only bottle their babies would take. I had to get my hands on one! I love how soft the outside is and how easy it is to clean. The wide opening is convenient for pouring in breastmilk from a storage bag so you never spill a drop and you know nursing moms do cry over spilled milk. My baby didn't take it from me but he took it from his dad while I was at work. When I got home he would nurse the exact same so he had no nipple confusion. He also has a mild tongue tie so that makes this bottle even more amazing. Every nursing mom that's heading back to work needs this bottle!
Best. Bottle. Ever. (Especially for a picky baby)

I can't say enough about this bottle. My son hated Dr. Brown nipples and most others. He took to this one instantly. It was easy to hold and had a nice natural feel after comin off the medela bottles. I buy it for everyone I know who is expecting. Best bottles ever. My baby had really bad reflux and colic too and it still worked wonders.

It's great that the base of the nipple is wide so going from breast to bottle seems to make the transition easier for baby. It does tip over a lot as it seems the wide silicone bottle is more top-heavy. Baby likes to hold this one because it feels softer than many other bottles, more like the breast I guess. I have had it leak a few times where the top didn't screw on exactly right, (maybe human error at 3 am and half asleep) but a quick readjustment and it was A-OK
Great for breastfed babies

I love these bottles. They were the only ones my baby would take to after I started supplementing at 3 months. They are easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher. I sometimes have a leaking problem that others have mentioned but I think it has to do with air pressure. I am always able to stop the leak by unscrewing the lid, taking it off and putting it back on again.
