Very fat 1.5" inch hose
p0•July 9, 2017
This hose is a giant. It's about 1-1/2 inches fat and it's exactly like a shop-vac hose. Attaching it to the washing machine was no problem. Inserting it into my home's drain pipe was tricky, though. Notice in the product picture that there's only a short smooth section on the end before it becomes corrugated. That part is only about 3/4" long, and that's all that would fit into my pipe. I had to Really secure it very well to the wall so it wouldn't pop out of the pipe. (My house has a 1-1/2" pvc drain pipe. If yours is 2" you should be ok). I did like the 6 ft length. It didn't leak like my old one did.
Three Stars

This thing is as fat as a pool vac hose, and does not have a 90 degree connection.
Beware! Pipe received looks different than what picture shows.

I ordered this based on the fact the picture shown is exactly like the drain pipe I needed to replace. However, the product shipped looks completely different. The whole drain pipe is around 1 1/2 inches wide the entire length of pipe which is different then what the picture shows. Needless to say the item I received will not work as the pipe is too wide to fit through opening in back of washing machine. I am back to square one as no one seems to carry a drain pipe with 1 3/8 inch opening to fit my washing machine.
Did not fit 1" drain connection on my washing machine ...

Did not fit 1" drain connection on my washing machine as advertised, it will fit 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 connection on my back of washing machines, not 1"...
Keep looking, mine broke in <2 months

The drain that came with my washing machine was too short so I bought this one for its length. I had to trim the rubber connector down one size, but the next size fit very snugly and I was able to get a good seal with the included hose clamp. All was well for the first few weeks, but exactly two months from the date of delivery the line split and flooded by laundry room while doing a load. I'm now back on the hunt, only this time I'll be using PVC.
This hose is very large and very stiff. It doesn't take much movement during installation to weaken it, apparently, due to its stiffness and thin build material. I would not recommend this product.
The photo attached is of all the towels I had to use to clean up this mess this cheap crap made for me.
