I bought a second one of these because I was SO impressed with the first one. Wanted to have another so that I would never miss a call due to battery charging.
The first one has now failed miserably, no one can hear me, I sound tinny or mechanical.
I will call Amazon because they have always been phenomenal, the reviews would not indicate good response from Blue Parrot.

Great replacement set. Get one when you by the Parrott so you won't have to wait when you need to replace an ear muff or mic muff. Tip - tie a piece of sewing thread on the mic muff just below the mic and you'll never lose it

The husband loved these and it save me money. I will buy this every time he needs them He uses the hand free all the time for work. So he wears them out. These have lasted the longest

This is exactly what we wanted to refresh the earpiece and mouthpiece on Blueparrot headset. I can't believe how it makes all the noise go away ... the old mouthpiece had gotten so ragged that every sound in background was picked up. My husband drives a truck and nothing beats a Blueparrot headset. It's nice to know we can order what we need to make it 'new' again. Thank you.
