This is a gem and cost $25 less than the plain one Medicare paid for. Easy to use outside and it does fold bit takes a little effort as it does not have the two sliders on the center bar. Going to get another one for the barn.

I like this walker but it is hard to get into the trunk of a car or the back of my van. I had borrowed a walker that was similar to this one but not as bulky. It was simple for me to put it in the trunk of my car. This one is very difficult to fit in one piece. I've started taking the front bar off which makes it somewhat easier. I foresee a space problem when going on a trip because it takes so much space.
Definitely worth the money!

I bought this walker for my 88 year old mother who fractured 2 vertebrae in her back last summer. She previously used one of the old style walker made of aluminum with wheels only on the back. The legs with the rubber tips would cause her to stumble a little when they "grabbed" the flooring. She ended up lifting the front end up with each step forward. I bought a bag and tray to add to this 1st walker but she had trouble clipping the tray on the walker. Lifting up the front end would lead to many spills of drinks. So, I elected to replace it with this walker. She no longer has any of these problems. But I withheld one star because it is difficult to get in and out of vehicles. Fully assembled it takes a lot of space.
