An excellent cover for areas that are exposed to the ocean, and/or rain. Good seal against the elements (gone through a heavy rainstorm unscathed), and when you live a couple of miles from the ocean, our last metal container lasted 12 years, we expect this will double that life.

Nothing bad about it. It is just a box. Not sure if it seals/protects against dust since I don't remember seeing a rubber seal.
