I love the product but I am missing caps

I have not used every color yet but the ones I did use worked okay; some required a tad bit of trying them on a scrap piece of material until the paint began to flow. I found is that one MUST hold the tube VERTICALLY because if it slants like a pen the little ball in the tip will not get pushed up correctly and the paint will not flow out as it should. Also some of the caps do not stay on the tubes of paint so when they are lifted up out of this box or a container they fall off. I am looking forward to getting to use these more come winter time and am house bound.
