Just received this. Seems to be extremely heavy duty. I don't know how to justify the negative reviews except to assume people were shipped the wrong item. It's easy for a distribution warehouse to separate a package deal into individual items in error. I don't feel shipping errors are the fault of Zak Designs. This is the first time I have purchased an item like this.
I received two clips in two packages in one zip bag as advertised. This is perfect for a duty belt, probably not as ideal for a regular width dress belt.

Bought this key ring belt holder for my work as a postman for the USPS when my previous key ring holder made of leather just gave out.After searching through several potential replacements of various materials,I settled on this.The Zak Key Ring Belt Holder.I couldn't be happier with my purchase.It checks off all of the needs and expections one has for a belt key holder.Extremely durable,strong,and secure,I have absolutely no fear I will somehow lose or misplace my keys during a long days work of heavy lifting, multiple dismounts from my cramped postal truck, or jostling around with mail.I absolutely, 100% expect this to be the LAST key ring holder I will purchase for the duration of my career at USPS( hopefully just 7 more years!).For less than 5 bucks I have piece of mind about an important job function FOREVER,( postal keys are accountable items- there is hell to pay for losing them).

I hesitated on purchasing this product, since I am not a law enforcement officer. I purchased this item because I needed something sturdy and would hang on my belt. For the past 20 years, I have not put my keys in my purse, rather keeping them in my pocket. but I wanted something more secure since I am now 70. I am happy with the purchase. the key ring is sturdy but a bit heavy, but if you serve in a law enforcement capacity, the strength of this key fob is perfect.

Must have for anyone working with keys on a regular basis. Law enforcement, fire fighters, first responders or just the average working joe. This holds the keys securely and effectively. Now the finish does start to wear off after repeated use but if that isn't a deciding factor then use this! The product came very quickly and was exactly as described, It is very well made without any flaws and being in law enforcement, I will purchase more of these in the future.

Its bigger than i thought its about 3 inches and 3/8 (top to bottom) Not a big deal for me, feels very strong i like it.
