The wall mount goes on as expected, but the wall mount and the TV arm of the operation do not necessarily agree.
I put the wall mount into studs, level. Then when I put the TV on I realized this fool was DROOPING
I mounted the TV onto the braces to compensate... meaning I put the TV mounts "up" one to make up for the droop, and it it almost perfectly level...
If this doesn't terrify you then you'll be fine

We love these at the office. We've installed 2 70" tvs in one room for audiences to view and then another 65" in a board room for meetings. They are sturdy, smooth, and take the weight of the TV well. It's remarkable actually that something so seemingly simple can mount such a heavy item so well. The only thing that I don't like is that the tilt feature is a semi-permanent deal. In other words, you can turn the tv right and left and have it telescope from the wall... but it will not articulate tilting up and down without a bit more complicated cajoling. For the most part this isn't an issue...but sometimes It could be useful. For the pice, I'm not sure this mount can be beat if you need more than just the stationary mount.

Hung our 70" Sharp flatscreen on this mount. We needed a mount that wouuld allowus to put out TV in a corner. This diid the job excellently. I had a job where I had to mount a lot of Flat Panel TVs and projectors in classrooms. I know quality mounts when I see them. I purchased this one on the chance that it would be quality made. I made the right choice for this purchase. The price was right and I am very pleased with its function.

This mount can absolutely not handle the weight it is listed as being able to. I mounted an 80# plasma(capacity listed at 175#) and after maybe a total extended time of 2.5-3 hours I notice the arm was noticeably sagging and I immediately removed the TV, however the arm was permanently deformed at around an 8º angle. Additionally, with the weight on the arm it is very difficult to maneuver and angle.
I would strongly recommend against this mount as it clearly wasn't manufactured to the listed capacity. If I hadn't noticed and this broke it could have done some serious damage to the floor/furniture/tv.

The best wall mount I have bought to date. I purchased the heavier duty 42-75 model, since it was only a few dollars more.

Well constructed, good welds, good overall finish. Extends out 26.5 in. with virtually no sag on a 65" TV. Longest extension arm I've found.
Outer mounting plate similar to a wall mount so hanging and adjusting TV is simple. Tilt and level can be made with the TV on the mount.
Can be rotated or swiveled easily, but locked down tightly.
Arm, which is mounted at one end of the base plate can be flipped easily if needed.
All lag bolt hardware for wall mounting and multiple sizes of metric screws for TV attachment. Allen wrench and tilt knobs also included. Bubble level built into the base plate for mounting.
