Sharp, sharp, sharp!

This knife is identical to the one Im replacing Ive had over ten years and is still cutting. But I knew it was time to replace as I cook alot and this is an awesome knife for cutting through chicken/bones, trimming roasts, cutting large pieces of meat, tomatoes, bread, anything. It is so sharp when you first get it, I have forgotten how sharp the new one is, be very careful it will slice your finger before you know it.

I love this knife ! I have been in foodservice for 30 yrs and I have always used this knife. It's the best for peeling melons , slicing pineapples ( skin on) , slicing tomatoes all sorts of uses. Of course I still use a chef knife and paring knife but I use this one a lot. Stays sharp forever!
