Great seller, great product.

The package shipped quickly, and Iet my mailman at the driveway only to confuse him and get my neighbors mail. The package was still marked as delivered and I never got the original, but the seller 2-Day mailed me a second one the same day I complained, and made things right. Very impressed with the seller.

As far as the cartridge itself, it's really my first time using one so it's hard to speak to it's quality from a comparative standpoint. The sound has been great so far, my new records sound flawless, the lows come through beautifully, there's a full, dynamic mid-range and clarity in the upper registers. I have a Pioneer PL series, and the tracking is much better than with the old cartridge (which was absolutely trashed, to be fair). I am kind of new to vinyl, so I don't have a whole lot of technical details, but let's be honest, most vinyl enthusiasts are blowing smoke out of their ass when they talk tech and specs, all you need to know is it does what it's supposed to and the seller impressed me with their punctuality.

I have one of these on my Audio-Technica LP 120 and love it so I purchased this for my Craig Series 5000 turntable and it's really a terrific match. Everything I've played sounds clear and crisp. I would definitely recommend this cartridge to anyone.
Excellent value for the money

Excellent value for the money. I replaced the original Audio Technica AT3600 Standard Mount Magnetic Cartridge on my House of Marley Stir It Up Turntable with bonus Bob Marley Legend Album, Signature Black (EM-JT000RC-SB) and there isn't a huge difference but I am noticing a slight edge in the details going to the AT95E. However, the AT95E is more sensitive when playing records and it's more susceptible to skipping. I have the tracking force set at 2.5 and the anti skate set to 0. If I match the anti skate to the tf, the stylus will not catch & play the record from the outermost blank section where I set down the stylus. I have this issue with both new & old records of varying weights. It must be related to the weight, or lack thereof, of the tonearm on the Stir it Up.

That said, the original cartridge on the Stir it Up tt does/did a fine job. I mainly purchased this because I wanted to "upgrade." Both carts are inexpensive and I honestly don't think you can go wrong with either one. Since this is more sensitive than the AT3600, I'd probably recommend that one instead (if I absolutely had to choose between them).
A Good and Sad review... :'(

I was extremely happy that I ordered this cartridge hearing all the good commotion about it. I watched the tracking like a hawk. Finally got it on my turntable, aligned the cartridge, set it at 2 grams, same with the anti-skate, and enjoyed the beautiful audio this cartridge had to provide me. Has a lot of clarity, nice treble response and the bass is there too. Sad thing is... only got about 15 minutes of play on the needle when I went to go lift the record up off the platter, my right pinky finger was sticking out and went straight for the cantilever and bent it all the way back, so far that it's pointless to even bend it back because it would break the cantilever right off, so I just went ahead and ordered a replacement, which sucks. I'm not rich you know.
One of the greatest budget cartridges ever made.

Really don't have to say much as anybody "in the know" has already heard it all. The AT95E is an excellent choice for it's price range with great frequency response and excellent tracking. It gives a wide, warm sound with good bass response just enough brightness to please most listeners. Absolutely a top 5 entry level audiophile cartridge. Just be sure to set up your tonearm fully and correctly when you install, as you should with any new cartridge. Taking the time to properly setup your turntable will make all the difference in performance and sound, and it's something you will notice if you're upgrading from a cheap cartridge. Most of my album collection is old school 70s & 80s R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, and Jazz. The AT95E covers all of them well and I'm quite happy with the sound. It may not capture the deep bass of my Hip Hop LPs like maybe a Grado Black or Shure M44-7, but it does well enough for me. There are a lot of excellent cartridges in every price range and it can be hard to determine what's right for you, but the AT95E is easily a knockout if you're on a budget but looking for great sound.
