I have owned a Vtech phone like this one for about 10 years. It became difficult to understand the voice mail so I bought a new phone/answer machine. This new unit is much clearer and it solved my issue.

We have been using these for quite some time now and have had absolutely no problems with them, they have worked just as we expected them too. We have used this brand before and that is why I chose it this time, and it still is working well, so I would recommend them as they were fairly priced and do the job.

The sound is good most of the time; I do gave issues on occasion of my voice echoing in my ear that the other end can't hear. I've had to hang up and redial several times on several occasions but not certain it's the phone and not the line. They are small; sometimes feel too small, like I can't hold between my chin and shoulder and talk, it will slip out or the caller can't hear me so must use your hands to hold.

I like the phone set, but I didn't read the hole write up on it. It does everything my last phone did except tell you who is calling, I am use to the phone saying who is calling so I don't have to run and look at the phone every time it rings. Other then that it is a good phone, I normally don't write a review this early but VTech emailed me wanting to know how I like the phone, so here it is and that's why I gave it 4 stars

Love these phone because it give me more extensions in different rooms. It was funny that the day I received that the ones I have now stopped working. I don't know how old they were since they were there when we moved so it has to be over 10 years. So it was time to get some ones. It was easy to program and the instructions were easy to following. I would recommend this product. It is a nice and sleek with everything easy to access and read.
