If i have received a Zettler Relay i would easily wire the relay the same way as the original

I ordered a Zettler AZ2280 repay as pictured but i received a DNG Chuan relay. The wiring pattern is different with two terminals marked as Black. The problem is I only have one black wire so there is no guide as to which terminal to use. If i had received a Zettler Relay i would easily wire the relay the same way as the original. Since the terminals are also placed in different locations the only way to know what to do is install it one way and see if it works. The problem is there is a lot of work involved to wire it up and then install it in the motorhome. Once installed there is no access to change the wiring pattern without removing the water heater. Very disappointed that i was not give the part in the picture above. The replacement part will more than likely work but it is not what i ordered in the picture.
