It's quick, simple, and a portion size that is good for a meal. I like having them on hand for when I want a lazy meal but I've noticed myself get tired of them from time to time. Standard craft taste. I prefer to add salt/pepper/chilli flakes.
Even in a large bowl, the water can boil over in the microwave and cause a mess. I generally reduce water added slightly to avoid this.

I love Kraft mac and cheese, but I wasn't blown away by the Easy Mac cups and decided to give this variation a try. Wow! Tastes perfect, just like if I made it on the stove. I use exactly 2/3 of a cup of water as directed, microwave it on high for 4 minutes, drain out most of the water, and then add the cheese powder. Looking forward to continuing buying these!
