I think the best part of this elliptical is the price! Mine makes a sufficient amount of noise, but nothing horrifying that can be heard outside of my room. It was actually a lot easier to put together than other reviews made it seem (I'm 5'2" and could easily maneuver the heavy parts around). I did have two complaints about assembly: one of the bolts didn't line up right and I basically bashed it with a hammer until it did, and there are bolts under the seat that are impossible to tighten with the tool given so my seat is a bit wobbly. Like I said, I'm 5'2" so I have no issues with the height of it also be forewarned that you have to get used to the way the stride feels on this because it's a shorter one from the gym. What I mean is that it feels weird at first, like you should be making a longer, and smoother, rotation. Once you're used to that though, it's a pretty good machine to have at home and it doesn't take up much space at all. And it is very easy to move around if you can't decide where to put it at first! Didn't scratch the wood floor at all.
A little flimsy, but a pretty good bike.

The central pillar is not very strong, and wobbles slightly at the bolting area, even with the bolts fully tightened. The bike action is pretty smooth if you push the seat forward. The tension changes are easy to do. It's pretty good, but not as robust as it could be.

You need at least three people to help you put this together especially if they are all women. It took us about a hour to put together and right when I put in the last cap screw I drop it and I still cannot find it it just like my house ate it but no problem I called the customer service number in the manual and not only did the customer service rep. send me out another cap screw she sent me out 2 and no charge. The Cardio Dual Trainer works very good for all age level that lives in this house from teen to mature to senior.

Awesome fantastic quality piece of equipment. The directions for assembly were the easiest I have ever seen. Assemble time is about 2 hrs. You definetly want to have an assistant when connecting the digital system. Machine is very smooth and on track to compare with a higher end machine. Comes with a 15 minute dvd for excercise program. It's a machine that is enjoyable, fun, very good quality and a machine you just don't want to get off of. Packaging was absolutly outstanding. Great job Body Champ!

Product came very fast!!! It was packaged very well and took me some time to get it out of the box. Everything was labeled perfect and it took me about 45 min to put it together by myself. The tension works great, it's nice and sturdy, great workout!!! The only thing I have noticed is the seat moves a little, but you don't notice unless you are watching someone on it. I am 5' 4" and it works for me. My husband is 5' 8" and his knees hit the arms as he uses it. I would recommend this to others, just not meant for tall people.
