Easy to use. Easy to keep clean. The first time is a bit weird so do a trial run with some handy taste testers.... (i.e. four paws). Come out just like pictured. I recommend the Trader Joe's pancake mix or make your own....

Start pouring the batter in the middle and
work yourself around the edge. Try not
to over fill the pattern and the batter will
spread out and bake a beautiful Fleur De Lis
pattern. Always use Pam spray or a little
butter before each use.
