These chairs are surprisingly durable. I'm a large guy, 6'4" 300lbs, and I don't normally fit or trust anything collapsible. Not only are these chairs sturdy, they're comfortable as well. I got two of them as a lightning deal and it's the best per dollar item in my camping kit.
Don't buy these chairs! Poorly made and not adequate for arms or cell phone.

Poorly made......and I am now past my return window according to Amazon. The arms are very low and can't be used for support. The black footing has come off several times, And the cup holders are very small - not even big enough for a cell phone. Isn't that the purpose of two cup holders - one for your cup/can and one for your cell phone. The plastic on the cup holder has also come off.

Wonderful sturdy basic camp chair. I'm deducting a star because the cup holders are awkwardly small. Neither my phone nor most glasses fit into them. However, the chair itself is great.

One chair had stains on the arm rest. The other chair had stitching that had already come loose in the seat. I returned the one with loose stitching and kept the stained one since it will be used outside. It's almost as if the chair was made too quickly with little quality control. It sits comfortably and folds up nicely I just happened to receive 1 with a major flaw and one with a minor flaw.

I recently ordered these chairs to replace the ones I had for years, which were falling apart. I like that these chairs are very sturdy and the fabric seems to be thick enough to hold a person without a problem. The handles are a nice feature too. I have not used them yet, but I did take them out to try them and they seem to be just fine. The case is nice, too, so it will be easy to carry when you need to bring them somewhere.
