Very flimsy for the price. I wish someone would make a sturdy one that used existing razor knife blades.

Works fast and I don't have to worry about cutting the hand holding grapes.

I own a vineyard and I have been looking to increase the safety of the harvesting process. The pickers presently use a sharpened hook shaped knife and I fear the loss of a finger or a terrible wound. I found this on Amazon and thought I would give it a try. It does work fine, but is it so cheaply made that the device that holds it into the handle broke immediately when I tried to rotate the head in the handle as it is designed to do. I improvised a metal pin to hold it in place. As manufactured, the head is held in place by two locking pins that you can see in the center of the picture, one on each side. When you push them in, they are supposed to allow the head to rotate. Instead, they break off and the head is then worthless as it freely rotates.

I contacted Zenport and they shined me off. Their customer service people are next to useless and are not responsive.

Zenport does not make this. They relabel a Taiwanese product that is otherwise available at half the price from most farm supply stores. The concept is a good one and it will work, although not nearly as fast as the pickers want. It comes with the head in the wrong position and both heads broke when I tried to rotate the head to the correct position. I would avoid this product

Love these grape forks. Harvest is much quicker using these instead of clippers. These are wonderful for small wineries making hand crafted wines. lewsiwinery.com
