Love this flour, especially good for fruit cobblers. Tastes great when mixed with any berries or peaches.
Great soft wheat flour.

There is no better soft wheat (as opposed to hard wheat) to bake great biscuits. White lily is unrivaled in its ability to produce fluffy light biscuits. Highly recommend & will purchase again. Use this flour wherever you want a light fluffy product. Hits lily is the best. Delivered w|o leaks.

Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit! I had no idea White Lily had UNBLEACHED self-rising flour! We jumped the bleached flour bandwagon awhile back because of the extra processing/chemicals. And if you can't use White Lily, every southern cook knows it's no use making biscuits, so we've been deprived. Until now! So glad to find this! Where's my cast-iron skillet...
