This company makes really high quality flour. I ordered their flour before and it makes really nice whole grain bread. The packaging is really great, no leak, no mess, which makes a big difference! I would highly recommend any baker to order this flour!

I am in love with these flours. I love love love, the flavor, texture, and quality. I will never buy flour again from my local markets. They can't compete with this brand. I am very happy with Organic Milling and will be buying more for Christmas gifts to my baking family members.
