Arrive in a box so shippment went perfect. It worked well for bread. Its non organic so possibility that is was sprayed for pest control.

Can't believe the store shelves have been cleaned out of flour! Ended up ordering this 25# bag but since I use 1000g (>4 #) of flour each time I bake, it's going faster than I thought. So far have made 3 batches of sourdough and they've come out great. The price seemed a little high but I guess it's a consequence of supply and demand. Those of you pondering this purchase but have never bought so much at one time, consider a new bucket with a lid from HD or Lowe's to store the stuff.

This flour is the best. Has 12-13% protein. Perfect for tavern style thin crust and Chicago style deep dish pizza. I only wish they sold this on the west coast in our supermarkets. So glad I can get it here.
