Got this for few people as a gift. They wore it while working out and also doing daily routine. I was told that by the time they take it off its soaked. Hey, only after a few weeks and they have already lost a couple of inches off their waist. It seems that results will continue with use. Affordable too!

I bought the brace almost 2 years ago and am about to purchase another for a friend. I bought the brace primarily for lower back support and I must say it worked very well. I have chronic low back pain that flares up a couple of times a year. The brace provides the needed support until the back pain subsides. I have worn it while playing golf and basketball. No problems whatsoever. I have worn it against my skin and on top of tshirt. Sometimes prolonged use against skin causes itching. I have found using the Bio-Freeze spray on back along with brace provide a great deal of pain relief. Can't really say I have noticed any waist trimming. Good product. Good price

I purchased this belt mainly because of price, but also wanted to use it after delivering my baby. I started wearing this belt a week after my child was born. I appreciate the thick velcro to latch on anywhere on the belt. I am 5'3" and weighed about 135 (pregnancy weight). This belt helped me to tighten my abdominal area as well as sweat off excess weight (or so it felt like it). You immediately start sweating in this belt after wearing it for 5 minutes. The more sweat that is in the belt from any cardio work out, yes the belt will slowly go up. That is inevitable and not easy to prevent a belt with a rubber inside from moving. Although this belt would move upward it wasn't too much where it became out of place, I just noticed it because I like to place this belt more around my lower abdominal area and on my hips. So yes of course this sweat slowly moved the belt. But once it got to my mid section, it stays in place. This belt does not move and will not move side to side when wearing it.

5 stars because of the price and purpose of this product. Did I get a 6 pack? Absolutely not, but the results are pleasing. You can simply wear this belt throughout your day or during any work out. This helped me get closer to my pre-baby weight in a month.

After using the product I felt like it was bear hugging me. I could only use it for less than one hour before it got at high compression.
If I was in the right mind set I guess I would not mind the higher level of compression, but on normal days I keep the compression low for longer duration. The waist belt doesn't bother me a bit in any type of movement, but it does get sweaty and sticky on the inside of the belt (summer heat in Texas).

Does what its supposed to! Easy instructions to follow and felt the heat and sweat after a few sets of crunches. Only draw back is that my mom was jealous and upset I didnt get her one (lol!) HOWEVER I personally think that this isnt really suitable for people with large waists and tummies. It fit extremely snug on my mom and I became concerned because it didn't look safe nor did it look comfortable. But besides that I can see myself wearing this more often! Nice
