Chewy and delicious!

These wheat berries are delicious--nice and chewy with a good, nutty flavor. I add them to my bean soup, and they're wonderful--a really nice addition!

It makes good flour. But there is between 8-10 lentils in every cup. Where did the lentils come from?
Great wheat berries

These always come well-cleaned, and have a great flavor. I mill them into flour for homemade bread, and have also sprouted them in the past.
There is one review in here that said they never got soft. I'm not sure what that individual expected, but these are wheat berries, i.e. seeds. They will never be "soft". They are just lower in protein and higher in carbs. If you are using them for yeast breads, add vital wheat gluten to your recipe and use some type of oil (I prefer walnut) to get a super soft, chewy bread.

These were fantastic. I bought them to grow "Easter grass" in baskets with the kids. Planting it 10 days before Easter was too early! It grew so fast!
