the plastic clips broke in the handle so I had to tape it together and when I called Great Household I left 3 messages and they never got ...

I would give the item no stars but I had to give it one to leave a review. the plastic clips broke in the handle so I had to tape it together and when I called Great Household I left 3 messages and they never got back to me so do yourself a favor NEVER buy this product or anything from GREAT HOUSEHOLD!!!!

Perfect replacement for the old one that finally broke. The store didn't carry it anymore and we were worried that it was discontinued. Never fear cuz Amazon has never let us down...had the exact replacement. We were pleased enough to also order the 64oz size of the laminate floor cleaner simply because it was so convienent and a better price! We already knew how well it works.
Cleans without a residue. Awesome!

Somehow takes up all the dirt and muck brought in by our two dogs but doesn't leave a residue or shiny film. It does leave floors shiny, but there are no signs of footprints once walked upon.
