Good exercise ball, very easy to hold due to the texturing on the surface. One thing I should note, it comes deflated and stuffed in a box. It is fairly easy to inflate with the supplied straw, or with a ball pump (not supplied).

Choking Hazard

The ball that I was shipped was not the brand advertised or pictured. The ball I received has a long, sharp plastic piece that inserts into the hole to keep the ball inflated. When removed, this piece is a hazard to small children, so I have not been able to allow my infant to play with it unattended. Not recommended for small kids!
Great for PT or as a toddler toy (with supervision).

I bought this for some physical therapy exercises (for which it worked fine), but it has become a great toy for my toddler -- it's a nice size for her to carry around, is soft and bounces well. An unexpected bonus! You just need to make sure the valve plug is inserted so that it can't be removed by a toddler and only allow her to play with it under supervision.
