The flour is great and makes a delicate pizza dough. Also made a cobbler using the flour and it came out nice and light.
The packaging left much to be desired. The bag of flour was inside a shipping box but the bag must have ripped during shipping. There was flour strewn inside the shipping box and we had to transfer the flour to a new bag.

Its the only pizza dough I use now. Great for high heat wood fired ovens. Make a batch and use delayed fermentation to bring out the really good flavors.

I haven't used regular flour for making pizza yet so don't have anything to compare this stuff to, but I can tell you this flour makes delicious, Italian-style pizzas. Other reviews have noted problems getting this stuff to brown in a regular oven which you can easily solve by turning on your broiler and investing in a pizza steel. The first repack I ordered split and there was flour all over the inside of the box. I returned it with no probs and the next bag was fine.
