As expected they were really great for the first few cooking times

As expected they were really great for the first few cooking times, but I can see that they're already starting to stick a bit. I used the same seasoning technique every time with them, and it worked great at first. Now they're starting to show a film, and sticking a bit to some materials. Although they haven't gotten any worse than that, it just means that I need to soap wash them more often, which I'm sure will lessen their lifespan

We were disappointed in these pans initially. We were using them at a low temperature as many suggested and the directions say to keep at a lower temperature. This wasn't working. So we googled how to cook and clean ceramic pans and tried out a couple different methods and this is what has worked great for us:
To cook, turn pan up to medium-high heat to heat pan and then add some oil or butter once it's hot. Then turn the heat down to temperature you want. Also, we have found that it's best to treat them more like a cast iron pan, do not wash them with soap. So far we have been able to wipe them out with papertowels. Eggs and omelets are coming out beautifully. Hope this helps. I was ready to give up and return them and I'm glad we found this method.

Excellent pans

If used with care this is an excellent non stick non toxic set that can be used with induction cookers. I put a thin layer of oil on the hem with a paper towel and then use a good quality spray oil and nothing sticks. I carefully hand wash them, dry and them, then wipe them with little oil. I put the cushions that come with them between them then slide the stack into the bubble wrap they came in. I don't use temps higher than 350 and they work very well.
No such thing as non stick?

I have come to realize that there is no such thing as non stick. This was only non stick the first time I used it and since then the food gets hardened into the little pockets, and just wont come out. Extremely hard to clean the hardened food. They do cook very nice though, heats up fast, and cooks evenly.
They contacted me after this review, and said that they would replace the pans, but so far I have not heard back from them.

Not lifetime service - for sure - but worked well for about a year.

I initially liked these pans as seeming to be well-made and performing as advertised and not bad-looking. I probably should have opted for smooth finish versus the relief waffle pattern finish though and maybe this choice would have allowed for a longer service-life. In a little over a year though - admittedly with almost daily use - the non-stick finish is done. Even with gease, oil, butter, whatever, EVERYTHING sticks: pancakes, meats, eggs, everything. I'm disappointed somewhat because I was initially very pleased that these pans, which are compatible with my induction cooktops, performed so well, heating quickly and evenly. But now I have to replace them ( well the two smaller ones anyway since I've only used the big one once!)
