Wonderful Flour

Saw a video on making biscuits and they recommended this flour, this flour is the BEST! Wish I could buy this at my supermarket, but at least I have Amazon for it! This flour makes the BEST waffles, pancakes AND great flaky biscuits you have ever tasted!
Absolutely the best self rising flour I have ever used!

I am not a professional baker - but after using this flour for several baking projects I can say that White Lily flour does make a difference. My breads and cakes are lighter and have a richer taste (the banana bread I have made with this is fantastic!). Don't hesitate to try this - I am sure you will purchase over and over.
Excellent flour!

Excellent flour, made biscuits, so tender, now going to try cheddar/Clive biscuits!
Wait. What?

Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit! I had no idea White Lily had UNBLEACHED self-rising flour! We jumped the bleached flour bandwagon awhile back because of the extra processing/chemicals. And if you can't use White Lily, every southern cook knows it's no use making biscuits, so we've been deprived. Until now! So glad to find this! Where's my cast-iron skillet...
Would like to see them raise higher and bake better

kinda hard to get my biscuits "not" doughy tasting, even when I add cooking minutes, used heavy cream only, then tried both a heavy cream and a unsalted butter combo. Would like to see them raise higher and bake better.
