Even though this is what was ordered we did not receive this exact model. The newer model is fine. Takes a long time to install because of the filters and for sure you need a water line for a drain. We hired someone to do it and it took him a couple of hours.

Great water system that I've purchased for my small business. Relatively easy to set up and the water quality is top notch. I especially like the option for room temp, cold water and hot water, with the hot water requiring and extra button to guard against kids getting burned. Would purchase again.

Cheap manufacturing quality (The labels fall off after a month or two, the front door hinge is really weak and broke easily, all the setup pieces feel like cheap plastic and are easy to break.)
Setup is NOT as easy as it seems. You really should get someone with a knowledge of plumbing to install this thing. It's not super difficult, but if you mess it up it is very easy to break the parts. We had a problem with leaks for quite some time until someone came in and sealed all the ports that the tubing runs in to.
I would buy it again, mostly because I don't know of anything that is better....The people in our office love it! But they didn't have to set it up....
