I like having a GF coating ready to use with no pre-mixing. I like especially that it tastes good - not only as a coating for fish and other meats, but I have also used as a filler in meat loaf and salmon patties. For something different try sprinkling over the top layer of cheese on a casserole.

I bought the 6 pack and only one box arrived (one total in the shipping box, not 6 in one box). Amazon took care of it but told me to keep it so I tried it out tonight and it is really very close to that other Kentucky Colonel's secret recipe chicken. Both versions are pretty salty though, so if you are keeping an eye on that, maybe mix it with some regular GF flour or something, but I thought it was excellent.

I cooked about 1 1/2 lbs of chicken strips and some zucchini all breaded with this, in an air fryer and it worked out great (the "secret" is to mist olive oil over the breaded chicken before frying to avoid dry areas). The zucchini was quite salty because they had more surface area, and therefore a higher breading to filling ratio, but the chicken strips were perfect. So I would not recommend this for poppers or zucchini, but for chicken, heck yeah!

I would definitely buy this again but I feel hesitant to try buying a 6 pack again. This would be 5 stars if I could be sure to get a 6 pack when I order a 6 pack, but had to ding 1 start for that.

Easy to use and is very tasty. Generous portion for each box.

I love this product. I have celiac so my diet can get really bland. With this I can have fried chicken. I bake mine though and it still comes out krispy. I make nuggets with it. On veggies. It's a staple in my kitchen.
