This product is easy to use and makes my counters shine, at the same time it cleans them.
Great wax for soapstone

Used this to seal my soapstone. Easy to use. Looks great when complete.
Better than mineral oil

Easy to use, helps hide minor scratches and water spots, cures in a day or so, and leaves no greasy residue. I've had my soapstone countertops for two months and have not needed to reapply. Great product!
Nice matte finish

I use this on my honed soapstone counters. I don't like polished, shiner finishes and this brings out the white marbling and heightens the black soapstone without making it shiny or oily looking. It wears better than wax alone. It is kinda a pain to wait 4-5 days to use the counter but one on it does last a good 6-8 weeks. Much longer than wax alone. Overall I will buy again. Good product that does what it says it will do.
Improves with time - be patient, its worth it

This is an excellent product. I tried mineral oil and other products before trying this, and it's a huge improvement vs. anything else I tried. I've gotten 4 years out of one jar! I had to apply it several times in the first few months, but as time went on, I apply it maybe twice a year. I put the jar and the rag I use in a sealable plastic bag, so I don't keep wasting wax wetting out the rag and not the counters; it's amazing how far just a little bit goes. Put some elbow grease into it, smear it out really thin and buff it, that will help keep the water spots down. And if you get one, a little daub of wax and buff it out again, gone. It really brings out the beauty of soapstone, with this wax you get just a tiny bit of gloss, instead of the (to me) excessively shiny look of polished granite. Soapstone is more versatile too, impervious to hot pans, and unlike granite sealer, this stuff is all natural.
