Overall I love the style and it is very sturdy.
Con: Once it was out together the right side does not fit the shelves flat. The left side is perfect. But you can also see this non symmetricness when shutting the doors. You have to shove them to make them close. And the back panels needed to overlap on the top middle but we're correct on the bottom. Everything had pre drill holes so it was not I messed up measurement on my part.
Pro: it was easy to assemble and very good directions and labeled pieces and parts. Pre-drilled holes made everything even that much easier.

I do also like that it's above the ground high enough for my Roomba to fit underneath and be hidden but still come out to clean

Cabinet arrived today and my wife and I put it together in about 2 hours. It is real wood not veneer and the quality and finish were excellent. I did put the back on before the doors so the unit would be square before putting on the doors. I drilled holes in back to facilitate the screws going in a little easier. It arrived in perfect shape with no nicks or missing parts. The magnetic door parts needed holes drilled as well. Read the instructions very carefully and you should have no trouble assembling the unit. Make sure its on a flat surface , A carpeted surface will protect the unit during assembly. Putting the doors on was a little tricky but I put small nails in the pre drilled holes to hold the hinges in place while I screwed the rest of the hinge to the frame.
A bit of a quality control problem. Doors wouldn't close.

I bought this cabinet because it matched another Simpli Home cabinet (different model) that I previously purchased. Both are quality cabinets, but I must give this one three stars because of an issue during assembly. I reached the stage in assembly where you attach the doors, and they did not come close to closing. There is a vertical board in the middle that holds the shelves. That board stuck out further on top than it did on the bottom. No amount of adjusting the hinges would allow the doors to close. I was able to overcome the problem by using washers as shims in order to get the vertical board to line up properly. The doors still aren't perfectly aligned, but only a critical eye would notice. Based on my experience with the prior cabinet, that went together with no issues, I can't say you shouldn't buy this cabinet since it may have been an isolated incident, but just be aware that it may come with some assembly frustrations.
Assembly is a nightmare, as the dowels and holes don't line up, and the hardware is cheap.

I had a problem from the very first step of assembly. The pre-drilled holes for the wooden dowels, were not aligned, and the hardware for securing the side pieces and top were cheap and easy to break. I went back to Amazon to start the return/refund (which Amazon has a great policy towards, UPS will pick up right from your house with a return label.). I had already thrown out the box that the cabinet came in, and decided to use some screws and dowels that I had in my garage. I'm an engineer by career, and capable of most light construction and home repair. If you aren't great with your hands, and have tools/hardware around, I don't recommend buying this product. I think it's junk.

Nice rich deep brown. I found a few places where it should be pre-drilled on the back panels and it wasn't. Even so, it didn't take me that long to put it together myself. Probably 2 hours but I suffer from arthritis. The construction is well-engineered with fairly good instructions. The images could be bigger for the hardware for people who aren't used to assembly. The hardware to put it together is quite strong and sophisticated. They even include a bag of extra hardware parts in case something is damaged or short.
It really looks beautiful. Only complaint is that the labels are very hard to remove from the windows and wood. It took some effort to do that without damaging the finish. But, I do love it.
