Great little leader book to have. I keep an OPORD template I made in the front flipbook section and a 6 ring write in the rain binder in the back. It makes it really easy to do field briefings and keep yourself organized.
Only downside is that it's just a bit too big to fit in the ACU cargo pocket. You can jam it in there, but it's definitely noticeable and uncomfortable.

This is a great product but I had an issue with the stitching and the joining material at the holster positions. Every other part of this product is awesome. The pen holder articulates from the front of the to profile-hang position to allow the unit to lay flat and access all the pen choices. This is important for writing on a flat surface as well as needing to write in multiple colors. Both are requirements I have in my position. Recommendation to fix the holster issue is to increase the fabric width on the otter pen pocket panel so that is long enough to reach the double stich portion of the outer seam.

Outstanding field cover, the best one I have used yet. Would recommend though that the flip pocket come with something in it to denote the size or as a backing for each sheet.
