One of my big concerns once baby started sleeping through the night was full diapers! Would a full diaper wake him? If that didn't wake him, then leaking surely would! Then that would mean I would have to wake up and change his sheets. Then I discovered sposies! Game changer!! He doesn't wake up at nights because of a full diaper and I haven't had to deal with any leaks! This provides better absorbency for more liquid! So I don't have to wake my perfect sleeper for any leaks and his diapers hold very well! Just make sure to have good diaper rash cream and slather that on beforehand!! Continue proper skincare! But I haven't had to deal with diaper rash issues because of it at all!

We have used these for our 2 year old twins for about a year every.single.night. We RARELY have leaks (normally due to user error) and they have never aggravated our little ones' bottoms. We use them with Schmampers Maybe Fry. ;) And have found this combo to be the best at keeping them dry AND preventing issues if one has a poo in the am before we get a chance to change them.

They aren't cheap, which would be the only reason I might think about giving them a 4 rating. But I am not having to change sheets every morning so in my mom.of twins book, they are worth the price.

My 4 year old daughter would leak out of her nighttime diaper every night. And I bought the expensive overnight extra protection diapers. So every morning her clothes and the bed would reek of urine. I would have to wash all her blankets, pillows, mattress protector, sheets, and clothes every morning. It was a pain and it also cost a lot to run the washing machine and pay for detergent. And before buying these I tried everything!!! Not giving her fluids close to bed, having her go to the bathroom before bed, walking her up to go bathroom, doubling up on diapers (still would leak out and was super expensive). Since I bought these, she has not had any leak what so ever!! It also keeps her dry longer so she hasn't had any rashes. Also I have A3 month old son. And i would have to change him multiple times at night and it would wake him up. He used to get bad diaper rashes. I would change diaper every 2 hours. Now I use these on him to and he hasn't had any rashes, and he only needs one diaper for the night. It keeps him dry longer. And he doesn't have to get woken up to get changed constantly. I highly highly recommend these! And I only have to use one pad in the diaper. I thought I would be to put 2 in but one works great!!! Definitely but these!! They are a life saver!!!! (The pictures I posted: the diaper in picture is my son's diaper it's a size 2. And it does fit perfect. Just to be safe I do tuck in the ends where there isn't padding just so it doesn't leak if pad shifts while sleeping. And the marker in picture was just a reference for size.) My son is a heavy wetter and had been leaking through his diaper in the middle of the night even with overnight diapers so I read about these and quickly ordered them. He did have a very small leak the first night, but he did sleep through the night. Maybe I just didn't position it well. He hasn't leaked through since, but he's been waking up once or twice for some reason(teething or room temperature possibly) a bunch of nights so we've changed his diaper when that happens. The two other nights he slept through the night there were no leaks at all. We haven't had them a whole week yet, but overall I'm happy with these and will continue to buy. These are a must for heavy wetters!

Originally purchased the 30 count pack but loved them so much, we will now be purchasing the 90 count every time since they are cheaper. Had to stop changing little one's diaper at night because it was too stimulating for him. But hated him waking up with wet clothes. These work great. Use them every night with the overnight diapers. The only thing I would mention is to make sure that it sits down inside the diaper enough. If any of the fabric touches the top of the diaper or sticks out, clothes will get wet. Baby is 9 months now but these are pretty long and appear they will work for much older babies as well.
