I used this to do my stone kitchen floor, did one half at first and then the second half so we still could use the kitchen. The first coat was applied with a brush, it looked good but had some streaks For. the second coat I used a pad (a Swiffer mop covered with a microfiber cloth} and it worked wonders, no streaks and very even. I am very impressed with this product.

Amazing! If you look at my profile you may notice that I write very few reviews because either a product performed as I expected it to or, if not, I I may have written a bad review. Well, this one is different! I applied it today to 17 year old exterior slate that had not been resealed for 7 years and it looks better than the original slate ever did! It is not shiny but is truly "enhanced" bringing out the original blue-gray color and looking fresh and new. I immediately ordered 2 more gallons to apply to some additional slate as well as some river rock. Highly recommended!

This worked pretty much as i expected. I was hoping for even more high gloss but had been prepared that on some materials it's not as wet looking. i sprayed on to a stone and glass mosaic tile and it definitely looks a bit more alive than before, so I'm happy. I took a sprayer top from a water sprayer and used it to apply the sealer to my backsplash. I used a disposable brush to ensure it got evenly coated into the nooks and crannies of grout and tile. I had to immediately hand wipe the sealer off of each glass tile because it left a cloudy film that took away from the glass.I did two coats and am happy with it.
