These really do help improve your push-up form. It is definitely harder than a regular push-up but if you keep doing it you'll get stronger and regular push-ups become much easier. It allows you to go deeper into the push up and you don't put as much strain on your wrists. Great product.

Make pushups become much more effective. A note for this model though, the grips are quite wide so if you have small hands you may find these tough to use. for me though they work fine, very smooth rotary action through full movement

Kicked my butt the first time I used these. I bought these because I needed push-up bars because I was getting some massive wrist pain, and these let me put my weight on more than just my wrists. I am working on getting myself into an exercise routine, and these things really work you. I had to stop doing the rotation motion because it was just too much work for my arms, hopefully soon enough I'll have the strength to do it.
Regular push-ups for me generally leave my triceps and pectorals sore. Push-ups with these made my triceps, shoulders, upper back, sides, and pectorals sore, it's amazing how much harder these make you work.
My only complaint is that the rotation cannot be locked in some way, it took steady hands to stop myself from rotating, because it just happens naturally. Rotation though is incredibly smooth.
