Excellent product!

This product has exceeded my expectations. It was not very expensive so I didn't expect much. First of all, it's a very nice looking watch that I wear everyday. I bought it for the heart monitor and that works excellent. I had a little trouble getting to work at the beginning but I called there's support number and the lady was very very helpful. Since then, I've never have any trouble getting the heart monitor going... it's simple. I also really like the fact that it operates off a regular battery and I don't have to charge it everyday like so many of my other digital products. This one's a winner. Buy it!

Used this for about two months before the chest strap battery wore out. Overall pretty good functionality - wasn't too difficult syncing the chest strap with the watch or the phone receiver, the free app that comes with this purchase is also nice for tracking your workout, especially if you're seriously training and need to monitor your bpm. Would have given 5 stars, but the quality just wasn't quite there, particularly for the chest strap. Great beginner heart rate monitor, but if you're looking for something you're going to want to use comfortably for years, invest in something better. Still I'll overall recommend this given the price and reasonable utility.
Sportline HRM helps validate my increasing the intensity of workouts to be in the zone to burn!

I've been using this HRM for about 3 months and it works fine. it would rate 5 stars if the face were easier to read in dim light; using the light button on the side does not increase illumination enough. IF you use it in daylight or a brightly lit gym you should have no problem reading it. all the functions of heart rate, timer, estimated calories burned, estimated fat burned, lap counter, and memory (of your last session) work great. It's made of a tough rubberized plastic which is not as uncomfortable as I first thought it would be. the chest strap is also rugged and not too uncomfortable. I've had no trouble with them connecting wirelessly to each other. The dongle which has given so many other users trouble was included but I have not used it as I don't have a smart phone. ;)
I should point out that what I'm using is basically the Sportline Cardio Connect 660, which consists of the HRM watch and chest strap combination (originally brought to the market in 2012). The CC 670 simply adds the Runtastic dongle and a brief supplementary user manual for its operation. (or non-operation as others have pointed out. Apps and other software are notorious for requiring frequent updates and most go bad because they were vaporware to begin with and operate in a complicated, constantly changing digital environment - plus the developer moves on or is bought out. C'est la vie.) You can access more info at the sportline heart-rate-monitors web site, and the code for the CC 660 manual is #1088.
When I purchased the 670 model as "like new" in the amazon marketplace Sport line 670 Cardio Connect Men's Heart Rate, it was cheaper than the CC 660. Those seem to be gone now, but the CC 660 is still a great deal for about $22 at this page: Sportline Cardio 660 Men's Monitor (BLACK)
