A good choice if you want smooth mixing and creatine

I bought this on Prime Day at a substantial discount. I go through so much protein powder I am pretty price sensitive, but I wanted to try a gentle introduction to using creatine and this seemed like a good option with 3g of creatine per serving. The powder tastes good and dissolves easily in water with just a spoon swirl, no shaking needed. Sugar content is 2g per serving.
It is possible it is a subjective feeling or due to other factors, but it seems like the creatine is working. I feel a little less worn out as I go through my routine and I have broken through a couple long standing lifting plateaus. I have also gained a couple pounds of water weight, a known side effect of creatine. Drink a lot of water with it.
I will consider buying this again at full price based on this positive experience.

Just hoping it works as it says it does, Doc said I needed to add some protein every day since I'm fixing to turn 67 the 29th of this month. Found this brand after searching around and the reviews were good so I'm trying it and we'll see if it works. I became partly disabled a few years back and since then I have lost a lot of muscle since not working in construction for 38 years. I didn't need this then but now not doing much because of my disability with my back (go figure right, heavy Construction all my life) and after the second back operation I finally had to stop working but I gave it my all till I did. Hey, it does taste good in the coffee in the am and I'm hoping it helps me.

Flavor was as good or better than other protein powders, but what I really love about this is how well it mixes. I hate having to clean the blender every time, so I mix my powders in a glass with a spoon. Other powders I have done this with end up very clumpy and you end up having to chew half of your protein "drink." This has very few chunks after mixing and ends up creamy and smooth. You can pay a little less for protein powder but I won't any more, not after discovering this brand.
