To start with, I ordered all black and received a white slide unit. I didn't have time to mess around with shipping it back and waiting for a replacement.
That being said, it is a nice unit at a decent price, it also shipped sooner than said.
I had an issue mounting my door to the brackets, the screw holes lined up on thin sections of the panel insert on my door, screws would have poked through. I had to mount a block of wood on my door to connect it to, then moved the drawer slides back 3/4" to compensate.
This was not an issue with the slide assembly, it just happened to be an issue with my door style. Not sure if all panel doors would have this problem or not.

Out kitchen cabinets are painted black, so the black color of the product works perfectly. It very attractive in its look when extended, and there is not a top portion of the frame to catch trash as it is thrown in the basket so it always looks and is clean. The back portion of the track can hold an extra roll of bags.
That said, it was hard to attach the door the the sliding frame. The instructions are minuscule on this part of the installation and they assume your door will close at certain height compared to the rails of your cabinet. (The bottom and top horizontal walls of your cabinet are called (rails").

The media could not be loaded. We installed this almost a month ago and after major daily use it is holding up well. Shipping was quick and packaging was effective. Installation wasn't hateful but getting the front panel to line up just right and they only have a small adjustment distance on the screw makes for the hardest challenge. I would recommend to the manufacture to have a template of the door connectors as it only gives measurements so it was a little best judgement work. Product is awesome and drawer slides very smooth - even better with weight on it from a full can. It includes 2 metal frames to support the trash can but we used our own Kitchen trash can that fits our kitchen trash bags and the support squeezes too hard on the can. Removed the back which supports the front of the can and all is well. I am so glad we purchased this over the very expensive competitor as this is a great product. Our opening was 11.5" W x 27" H x 24" deep. Had to trim the front frame to keep the van from hitting but it is behind door. All is great. (I have not received anything for this testimony.)

No issues with the materials or quality/sturdiness of the product. If you choose to mount your cabinet door to the unit there's two things you need to know.
1. The door mounting brackets are designed for cabinet doors that are flat on the back. Mine are not, so it required glueing in wood shims to make it work.
2. Do not follow the door install instructions. I did and the result was laughable (see 1st pic). I then threw the instructions in the trash and did it my way (see second pic).

It's always frustrating when a simple install takes 2+ hours because of poor instructions and modifications that are needed due to lack of information in the product description.

This pull-out waste container system is absolutely amazing. It fits perfectly and the door kit was easy to mount. Definitely recommend it!
