Too narrow!

Ok first off the item is solid. It will definitely hold up. Only problem is that it is way to narrow. I don't have an odd size headboard by any means and the brackets don't even come anywhere near where i need them to be to screw them in. They literally don't even fall onto the headboard or footboard. I bought these with the hook fasteners which I could not use because they don't fit as the frame is so narrow and two because they don't fit inside either. So i'm now forced to spend $40.00 on the extension brackets to try and jerry rig these to fit my head and footboard. Over $100 for the frame, $10 for the hook brackets, $40.00for the extension brackets. Looks like I should have just bought a more expensice frame. FYI the frame is basically a queen frame being sold as a cal king one. This is also not the first frame I have from this company I also bought one for a full bed a few months ago with the same narrow issue. I wouldnt recomend this.

I bought this bed frame for my brother-in-law. He had been sleeping on the floor and I thought he was ready to move up (so to speak). I was wrong, and we returned this item. BUT as we put it together it really impressed us! For a twin bed frame the structure was reinforced both along the sides and across the middle. The metal was thick and heavy. The legs were adjustable, allowing the frame to be leveled before the mattress and box spring were put on top. And the legs had thick, 2 inch wide rubber feet. What a classy bed frame!

Bought a twin frame online from another source; it didn't fit the headboard/footboard combo we had and it was sort of flimsy. I had to send it back. I'm glad I did, because this frame from Amazon is amazing! It isn't heavy duty, it's super duty! We love it. It is well-made and very, very sturdy. You can't go wrong with this bed frame.
